From august 27-29, 2024 I ran DDBRIX Factory + DDP program for an audience of 13 buyers, planners and supply chain managers of Johnson Electric. The training took place in their factory in Murten, in the Switzerland. Apart from the Swiss team we also had participation from their colleagues in Nis (Serbia), Hong Kong and USA.
This program marks the start of their project to implement DDMRP.
Following the 3 day training program we spent 2 days of workshops where we described the As-Is situation regarding the information and material flow.
