DDP for FruityLine

From september 30 – october 1, 2024 I ran a Demand Driven Planner program for the DDMRP project team of Fruity Line. Fruity Line is the nr 1 trend setter in cold pressed drinks.

Following the 2 day training program we spent 1 full day in a design workshop where we described the As-Is and the To-Be flow of information and materials and composed the Value Stream Map. We then used the 6 positioning criteria to take the strategic decision about where to put the DDMRP stock buffers.
