    From january 13-15 I ran a DDBRIX Factory workshop for Johnson Electric in China. The workshop was followed by the 2-day DDP program and then 2 days of data validation and design of the DDOM.

    On november 26, 2024 I ran DDBRIX Factory for a group of 13 planners and buyers at Fruity Line. Fruity Line is the nr 1 trend setter in cold pressed drinks. They are implementing DDMRP and use DDBrix as a facilitator for change management.

    From october 17-18 I was a a triple speaker at the Demand Driven World conference in Frankfurt. My main speech was about Demand Driven Sales and Operations Planning. Then I co-presented The Metrics Suite of the Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise and last but not least I contributed to Tips for Large Demand Driven Rollouts.
