I am a certified Master Instructor at the Demand Driven Institute. Since 2020 I have conducted a multitude of DDP programs and DDBRIX workshops, in both the English and Dutch languages.
All programs can be taught in a classroom or online. Additional days can be added on request to address the specifics of your supply chain.
I’m currently able to deliver these training programs:
– Demand Driven Planner
– Demand Driven Distribution
– Demand Driven Leader
– Demand Driven Operations
– DDBRIX Factory
– DDBRIX Distribution
Demand Driven Planner
The Demand Driven Planner (DDP)™ Program (2 days) is designed for planning, purchasing and supply chain personnel responsible for maintaining a DDMRP implementation. Designed by the Demand Driven Institute, the Demand Driven Planner program consists of 13 modules and is centered around the 5 steps of DDMRP: Strategic Positioning, Buffer Profiles and Levels, Dynamic Adjustments, Demand Driven Planning and Demand Driven Execution. The DDP Program is the official preparatory course for the Demand Driven Planner Professional (DDPP)™ certification exam.
Demand Driven Distribution
The Demand Driven Distribution (DDD)™ Program (2 days) is designed for planning, purchasing and supply chain personnel responsible for maintaining a DDDRP implementation. Designed by the Demand Driven Institute, the Demand Driven Distribution program consists of 10 modules and is centered around the 5 steps of DDMRP: Strategic Positioning, Buffer Profiles and Levels, Dynamic Adjustments, Demand Driven Planning and Demand Driven Execution. The DDD Program contains unique material specific for applying Demand Driven to Distribution networks. The DDD Program is the official preparatory course for the Demand Driven Distribution Professional (DDDP)™ certification exam.
Demand Driven Leader
The Demand Driven Leader (DDL)™ Program (2 days) is intended for senior and mid-level operations and supply chain managers with the ability to design, implement and sustain a Demand Driven Operating Model. This includes parameter setting through Demand Driven S&OP (DD S&OP). Designed by the Demand Driven Institute, the Demand Driven Leader program consists of 6 modules and includes Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise, Demand Driven Operating Model, DD S&OP and Adaptive S&OP . The DDL Program is the official preparatory course for the Demand Driven Leader Professional (DDLP) certification exam.
Demand Driven Operations
The Demand Driven Operations (DDO)™ program (1 day) is an extension program available for those that have gone through the Demand Driven Planner (DDP) program. The program assumes a deep technical knowledge of DDMRP and will address in depth the other aspects of the Demand Driven Operating Model (DDOM) including operational metrics, control point scheduling and time and capacity buffer management.
The program offers unique content not found in the DDP or DDL programs. The program is ideal for those in an operational scheduling and/or supervisory role or those that want a full understanding of the entire DDOM. The DDO program is the official preparatory course for the Demand Driven Operational Professional (DDOP) certification exam.
DDBRIX Factory
DDBRIX (© 2023 b2wise) is the Nr 1 DDMRP Simulation game.
In DDBRIX Factory we simulate a production process with Lego bricks. Participants play the following roles: production worker, warehouse supervisor, quality control, front office, supplier and customer.
We play 4 rounds and in each round we change something in the way this supply chain is managed e.g. the lotsize and forecast based planning versus DDMRP based planning.
In doing so the participants experience:
– the difference between MRP and DDMRP
– the bullwhip effect
– the impact of LEAN
– the impact of a forecast error
DDBRIX Factory guarantees 6 hours of fun with your team, it breaks down silos and builds up a team spirit.
DDBRIX Distribution
DDBRIX (© 2023 b2wise) is the Nr 1 DDMRP Simulation game.
In DDBRIX Distribution we use Lego bricks to simulate a distribution supply chain consisting of shops, a distribution center and a factory (or supplier). Participants play the following roles: customer, shop manager, distribution center manager, production manager.
We play 2 rounds and in each round we change something in the way this supply chain is managed e.g. forecast based planning versus DDMRP based planning.
In doing so the participants experience:
– the difference between MRP and DDMRP
– the impact of leadtime
– the impact of a forecast error
– how to use Prioritized Share to optimize truckloads
DDBRIX Distribution guarantees 6 hours of fun with your team, it breaks down silos and builds up a team spirit.
